CANDY EASTER EGGS

  • Large Easter egg molds

Candy Filling

  • 2 Cups chopped walnuts
  • 2 Cups chopped marshmallows
  • 2 Cups creme base filling
  • 1 1/2 Cups chopped cherries
    • (plain, brandied, or Kahlua)

Will make 14 eggs.

Brush two layers of melted chocolate into egg molds. Allow to in refrigerator between coats. Fill cold coated egg molds with filling. Add a small amount of melted chocolate close to junction of egg edge and filling then place bottom and top of egg together. You may have to seal edges with melted chocolate. Refrigerate until solid.
