CHICKEN CRESCENT ROLL-UPS
(Recipe of Eloise Thompson)
- 1/2 c. cream cheese
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into 1 inch strips
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 T. milk
- 1 onion, chopped (less if desired)
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
Sauce:
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Note: This much sauce would probably work for a double recipe (i.e. 16 roll-ups)
Combine cream cheese, chicken, salt, milk and onion. Put mixture into crescent rolls, roll up and fold sides in.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Warm sauce and pour over roll-ups.
