RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS
(Jan’s recipe)
- 1 box Kellogg’s 15 oz. raisin bran (20 oz. O.K.)
- 1 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 4 c. sugar (I use 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 cups)
- 5 c. flour
- 5 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 2 t. vanilla
Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the rest. Using muffin pans, bake in 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
